Production
The traditional varieties of Penedés are vinified separately. Afterwards, the wine is blended and aged in barrels for about 5 months. The production process is carried out following the traditional method.
Tasting
Brilliant, golden in colour. The bubbles are released slowly and persistently. It has a complex and pleasant aroma, with yeast, almond and toasted notes. It has a broad, harmonious and elegant taste.
Pairing: appetizers, foie, seafood, fish with sauces, seafood rice, meat stews.
D.O. Cava
Blend: 70% Xarel·lo, 15% Macabeo and 15% Parellada.
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Liqueur de expedition: None.
Disgorging: Manual.
Aging: Minimum 36 months.
Consumption temperature: 6-8 °C.
Clarification: Manually in a rack.
